Rules & Regulations

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all members, please follow these guidelines:

✅ Users must be 18 years of age
🧒 Those under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times
🧽 Clean equipment after each use
🚫 No outdoor footwear beyond the doormat or on equipment
🍽️ No food inside the gym
🚭 No smoking, alcohol, drugs, or marijuana use
🚫 No loitering in the facility
🔥 Do not tamper with the heating system
🔄 Share equipment and space respectfully
🔑 Do not share your access code with others
⏰ Gym closes at 10:00 PM
🙏 Respect the facility—it’s a privilege, not a right
🧹 Clean up after yourself
