Facility Rental Rates

The John Smith Centre is available for a variety of events. Below are the rental rates and deposit requirements:

Daily Center Rental:

🍽️ Dinners – $40
🚿 Showers – $40
🎉 Private Parties – $60 ($100 damage deposit required)

Birthday Parties:

🎂 Adults – $40
🎈 Kids – $30

Weddings:

💍 Ceremony Only – $100
🎶 Wedding with Dance – $100 ($100 damage deposit required)

Other Events:

📢 Sales, Church Functions, Meetings, and Training Programs – $40

All renters are responsible for cleaning the facility after use. For bookings or inquiries, please contact us!

Facility Rental Cleaning Policy

To ensure a clean and welcoming space for all users, renters are responsible for thorough cleaning of the facility after their rental. This includes:

✅ Cleaning bathrooms and kitchen areas
✅ Taking out garbage
✅ Sweeping and mopping floors
✅ Ensuring all areas are left in a suitable condition

If the facility is not properly cleaned after use, future rental requests may be denied.
