A $30 damage deposit is required.
*Renters will be responsible for THROUGHOUT CLEANING of facility after personal rental (Including bathrooms & kitchen area, taking out garbage, sweep & mop floors, etc). If building is not left in suitable condition for our next rental, we have the right to refuse further rentals. Please do your part.Â
